We work with higher education, not-for-profit, philanthropic, and humanitarian actors to provide training, coaching, organisational assessments, and participatory strategic planning to foster a more diverse, equitable, and inclusive workplace and workforce. We work with leaders and teams to effectively implement strategies that mitigate risk, address retention issues, foster psychological safety, and encourage teams to bring their whole authentic self to the workplace.
We work with global educators and students who administer or participate in community-based global learning service projects. Through our training programs, we support the development of skills and competencies to experience a new cultural context with humility, self-awareness, and critical reflection in order to deepen learning, meaningful cultural exchange, and global citizenship.
