Cloe Liparini

Founder and Principal Consultant


Cloe Liparini is the Founder and Principal Consultant of Intercultural Interventions, a global consulting practice focused on inclusive leadership, cultural transformation, and organizational development. With over 20 years of experience across higher education, global health, nonprofit, and corporate sectors, she designs and facilitates culturally responsive programs and coaching interventions that foster leadership effectiveness and collaboration across difference.

 

Cloe currently serves as Executive Director of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Community at Duke University’s Pratt School of Engineering. Previously, she worked at UNC-Chapel Hill in DEIB leadership and organizational development with a focus on education and dialogue-based initiatives, following nearly a decade in Geneva, Switzerland.

 

Her global portfolio includes extensive intercultural consulting and leadership development in Rwanda, where she served as Senior Advisor at the University of Global Health Equity (UGHE), and earlier leadership roles at Duke University supporting global policy, student development, and civic engagement.

 

A longtime advocate for social innovation and youth leadership, Cloe is Chair of the Board of Generation Rise, a Rwanda-based nonprofit. She holds a Master’s in Intercultural Relations, a B.A. in Cultural Anthropology, and certifications in nonprofit management and executive coaching. Raised in a bilingual and bicultural family, Cloe has lived in six countries and traveled to more than thirty. She is fluent in English and Italian and has working knowledge of French and Spanish.
